Kayuta Lake Campground offers a wide range of fun activities to make your camping experience complete. From ever-popular events such as our Wet & Wild Weekend, Annual Cookoffs, Red Neck Yachting Weekend, and Halloween Weekend to Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends which are literally packed with non-stop fun, there is always something for your entire family to enjoy!

 

Then when you dare to venture out, the Adirondack mountains also have plenty of things to do as well! Many of these are just a short trip from our campground. Old Forge is a great tourist center with many attractions including the Water Safari water park. Visit the Adirondack Museum in Blue Mountain Lake. Go for a hike or bike ride in Pixley Falls State Park. Take a ride on the Adirondack Railway. Just to name a few! We look forward to your next visit!

Not all activities are offered every day.  Please see the calendar of events for more details.  The pool is open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend until the Monday of Labor Day weekend. Some activities may be restricted, closed, or canceled. Supplies and resources are limited.

Bring your motorboat/canoe/kayak – or rent a kayak/canoe – and explore the lake.

We offer boat slips for rent at our marina.

 

The 422-acre Kayuta Lake is roughly 5 miles long and averages 10 feet deep with a maximum depth of 22 feet.

 

Key species found in the lake include panfish, bullhead, trout and smallmouth bass, pickerel, brown trout, and lake trout. Be sure to bring your fishing gear! Don't have your own gear or forgot it at home? Come to the General Store for poles, hooks, bait, and tackle!
